Uncorked Vendor Application

All vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance listing the following organizations as additional insureds: The Montpelier Foundation, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, and the Orange County Chamber of Commerce.

Food vendor spaces are limited and applications are subject to approval at the sole discretion of the event coordinator. Food vendors are required to obtain the proper permit from the Orange County Health Department, 540-672-0223.

VENDOR AGREEMENT

Vendors will supply all materials for set up, sales, display and/or demonstration including tables, chairs and tent. Vendors must commit to both Saturday AND Sunday. Placement and configuration of vendor spaces will be determined by the event coordinator. NO electricity, ice or potable water is available on site. All vendors and their staff agree to conduct themselves appropriately at all times. The Festival reserves the right to deny participation, without registration refund, to any vendor who displays inappropriate items or conduct. Two wine glasses and two wristbands per vendor are included as

part of the registration fee. NO outside alcohol permitted on the grounds. Space IS NOT confirmed until payment is made. Event is rain or shine!

I have read and agree to the above criteria for the Orange Uncorked Wine Festival. I further agree that The Montpelier Foundation, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, nor the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, nor their representatives, will be held responsible for any loss, theft, incident or injury.
