Message from the Chamber Director Don Vizi
My Vision for the Orange County Chamber of Commerce
Vision: “the ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom”. We all have a vision of the ways we would like things to be in our lives and our businesses.
My vision is to have a financially stable Chamber with good financial accounting procedures. Without this the Chamber would not exist. I believe we do have a good financially stable Chamber. We are constantly tweaking this to make things better. To move the Chamber forward, we must do more things to engage our membership. Make Chamber membership an asset to them and give them more networking/business opportunities.
Revitalizing our Ambassadors Program
Chamber Ambassadors are the key group of Chamber volunteers. Through member interaction via phone calls, visit, and Chamber events, Ambassadors provide member service by reinforcing the benefits of Chamber membership, increasing the members knowledge of the Orange Chamber, soliciting members input on Chamber programs, and opening more channels of communications between Chamber leadership and members.
Orange County Emerging Leaders
The goal of the Orange County Emerging Leaders is to connect professionals with other like-minded individuals, develop and advance the careers of its members, and make a positive impact on the community. Emerging Leaders is a part of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce and strives to create an atmosphere where professionals can connect and thrive through social events, community involvement, educational programs and relationship building.
Ultimately, we hope to equip the professionals and community leaders with the skills and knowledge to ensure the future of Orange County. Emerging Leaders consist of current or aspiring managers, executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs. Based on the desires of the Emerging Leaders the following programs can be established totaling 8-10 Meeting per calendar year.

Leadership Roundtables - This event can be hosted as desired by the group and gives the group assess to CEO's and Executives to better understand the businesses of Orange County.
