April 1, 2020 BUSINESS UPDATE The Market at Grelen
Still offering Curbside Pickup
We hope that everyone is staying healthy and enjoying a little quiet time in the garden. We know that the "stay-at-home" order is confusing, but it continues to allow us to operate a small portion of our business. "Following his (Governor Northam's) previous executive order, all restaurants and nonessential retail stores may continue to stay open if they limit the number of people in a space to 10 or less." Despite this, in an abundance of caution, we closed our cafe, downtown shop and the inside of The Market garden shop a few weeks ago. However, The Market at Grelen is still offering outdoor curbside pickup for in-stock plant material, mulch, soil and outside planters & statuary. When you visit you can expect:
A sterilized environment
A semi-private outdoor shopping experience
(with a limit of 10 clients at a time)
Enforced social distancing
A remote outside checkout accepting credit/debit (no cash)
OR, For a no-contact shopping experience, please email us. We are happy to email images and can send an online invoice prior to your arrival. Please note that the inside restrooms are closed to the public at this time.
Please email Darren Marsh, our in-house plant sales expert, for information, availability or to place your no contact order.
