Mansour Asimipour of A & K Development Corporation.

Mansour is a longtime resident of Orange County. He is the president of A & K Development Corporation and has built over 400 homes, the Germanna Townhouses, the Twins of Germanna Office Park, and he is currently completing the Trinity Senior Village.
He provided a location for Locust Grove Walmart that is now a thriving business anchor for Orange County. He contributes to many local charities and civic groups. He is a stellar example of an American Citizen.

Todd and Lisa operate a large, diversified farming operation of 250 head cow/calf operation and 700 acres of corn, soybeans, and hay. Todd and Lisa are good stewards of the land, implementing best practices in both their Cattle and cropping operations. The Harris’s are known for helping their neighbors and friends, supporters of 4-H, and the Orange County Fair.
They are owners of several local businesses supporting not only the agriculture community but the economic development of the entire county and surrounding areas.

Simon Gray is a Germanna Community College Board member that has been dedicated to the STEM Science, Technology, Engineering and Math program in Orange County. He is passionate about introducing our youth into the STEM fields.

Gray, who has been a key volunteer in national robotics events, has organized FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) robotics competitions for Orange County middle and high school students.
He has also introduced Sea Perch, an innovative underwater robotics program adopted by the Naval Sea Systems Command into two Orange county middle schools. STEM summer camps are now regularly held in the county with the support form NSWC Dahlgren division.

Green Applications with Orange County High School, Virginia Career Works- Piedmont Region, Rappahannock Goodwill Industries, and the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services have piloted a workforce initiative called the Pipeline Project.

Green Applications in collaboration with Patricia Morgan from Orange County Public Schools, Sara Drebes from Virginia Career Works- Piedmont Region, Rappahannock Goodwill Industries, and Nikki Mangold and Jackie Kanupp with The Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services have piloted a workforce initiative called the Pipeline Project.
The project was created out of Green Applications desire to establish a pipeline of high school graduates with the skills and interest to pursue a career in the print industry.
Over the course of 16 weeks, the program offers career exploration, work readiness, soft skills, mentorship, and paid internships at Green applications to high school seniors. Green applications president Dave Kilgore told Students and parents who recently participated in a tour of their Gordonsville facility, “Those of you who successfully complete the Pipeline Project and internship- rest assured, you’ll have a full-time job waiting for you here when you graduate”.
