Civil War Trails
Civil War Trails is a multi-state program that connects visitors with the great campaigns and the lesser-known sites of the Civil War.
Our maps and signature red bugle 'trailblazers' help guide visitors and history buffs through cities and rural areas following in the literal footsteps of Civil War soldiers. As of today there are more than 1,500 Civil War Trails sites with over 800 of those interpreted to the public for the first time.
